Your Flights are booked by us on your behalf directly with the airlines.
Please complete your check-in details after receiving your flights voucher or 30 days prior to your flight departure date.

This Flights check-in form is only for ATOL PROTECTED PACKAGE HOLIDAYS booked through us. We are a UK (Glasgow) based travel agency (MYHOLIDAYSNOW.CO.UK). We do not sell standalone flights.
We are receiving contact for another company which sounds similar but is not associated or related in any way. The other company is MYHOLIDAYS.COM (Qatar based company specialising in flight sales). Please contact them.
Please read the instructions carefully:
- Please fill in all the required fields.
- Please check the completed information before submitting as these details will be used to check-in for your flights.
- Details cannot be amended or changed once the check-in is completed.
- Details must exactly match as shown in your travel document (Passport/National Identity), otherwise flight carrier may deny boarding or void the tickets altogether which is outwith our control .
- Seats will be automatically assigned for free by the airlines if this is not purchased as an extra. Please note that the traveller’s may not be seated together.
- You may still book any extras if required depending on availability and extra charges prior to check-in is completed.

- We will email you the boarding passes as soon the online check-in starts by flight provider (for booked seats – 25 days & free allocated seats – 3 days) before your flight departure date .
- If you have already booked/paid for any flights extras including hold luggage, seats, etc – Please select – Not required.
You must print your boarding passes sent to your email and take it with you to the airport. Failure to print your boarding passes will incur additional charges as per the airlines policies. Our & airlines terms applies to all bookings. Please contact us if you need any further assistance or information.
- It is solely traveller’s responsibility to check that they have correct travel documents including a passport, National identity, Visa or an ESTA (For USA only) as required by the destination country.
- Change of information after booking or cancellation will incur administration charges as per our & supplier’s terms and conditions. Not applicable to non-refundable holiday deals.
