myholidaysnow.co.uk acts an agent in respect of all bookings made on our website. For all bookings, your contract will be with the applicable supplier principal of your chosen arrangements, and we acts only as an agent on their behalf. All our individual holiday elements are organised by third party supplier principals on whose behalf we act as agent, and where flights are included, protected under their ATOL. Where you book a Flight plus Hotel product or selected package holidays on our website, it is protected under our ATOL (T7564) and complies with the package travel regulations but we still act as an agent on behalf of the applicable supplier principal. All the arrangements on our website have their own price independent of any other arrangements booked at the same time and create a separate contract directly between you and the supplier principal of each arrangement. Many of the flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
